Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. Within a single year, she earned her pro card at 17 years old. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. She came back in 2015 and picked up the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years and set higher targets each year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel spent her first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. In the summer of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and returned with a sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as sitting rows. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. One way to achieve this is by supersetting her back exercises. Four or three supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
